Haven’t Signed Yet? Don’t Panic - Make a Plan
What to do if you’re a senior who hasn’t signed with a college tennis program
For high school seniors hoping to play tennis at the Division I or Division II level, the period for signing a National Letter of Intent kicked off in November. (Division III schools do not participate in the NLI process and may instead have student-athletes sign a nonbinding, celebratory form). Amidst all the signing day ceremonies, students heading into their final semester of high school who have not yet signed with a program may feel like they’ve missed the boat. But don’t panic - there are still coaches looking to fill spots at this point in the year. Even more so than earlier in the recruiting process, it is critical that you have a plan in place to guide your search.
