When it comes to thinking about the type of school and tennis program that they’re looking for during the recruiting process, most recruits are pretty good about considering the big questions. “Is there a particular part of the country I want to be in?” “Do I want a small school or one with 40,000 undergraduates?” “Is being at a place with big-time college athletics important to me?” Etc.
Obviously these are all key questions, but it’s important not to be so focused on the big topics that you overlook other, seemingly smaller considerations that can actually have a major impact on your experience as a student-athlete.
